Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately and send us an image to the defective products if you can so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. help@eshler.com

 

Exception    

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

Return Process

To return an item using our shipping method or your own shipping method then please contact us at help@eshler.com or use our online chat on the bottom right of the page.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds 

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
